Northwest Home Inspector

Jesse grew up in Auburn, WA and started in construction as a teenager in the late 1990s working for his family’s remodeling company in West Seattle.  In 2011 Jesse decided to enroll at AHIT to become a licensed home inspector.  Shortly after graduating, he launched Northwest Home Inspector.

Jesse has since worked hard at growing his business and earning the trust of his neighbors while becoming seasoned in the industry.  In 2019 Jesse met Gregory Schwartz while training recent inspector school graduates.  They hit it off immediately so Jesse and Greg decided to team up to share the workload.  This move has even further compounded the success of Northwest Home Inspector as Gregory offers unique insights and he genuinely cares deeply for his clients. Jesse comes from a lineage of home inspectors with his mom & step-dad running School of Professional Home Inspectors in Burien and his cousin running Abode Analysis in Sammamish.

His passion for inspecting is only eclipsed by his love for his two cherished daughters and the devotion to his adored sweetheart, Heather.  For fun Jesse enjoys being creative with his girls, art, playing the drums, snowboarding, paintballing, cars, super dork-level PC gaming and snuggling with his 3 legged Bengal cat, Thelma.
