Application Process to Become an Inspector
Have the following items ready to upload: Your Certifications, Awards, Licenses, or any Documents defining your Specialized or General Qualifications. A Letter written by you nicely stating “Why a Client should hire you.” See INSTRUCTIONS in Videos ABOVE.
Read the Terms and Conditions before joining, please. While we will diligently advertise to bring the potentially millions of U.S. Buyers to our Directory, we can not predict or guarantee how many Clients will call you for work. Nobody could do that.
Step 1
Pay the $199.00 annual fee. No automatic renewal. Please note that your payment will be on pending status until your application is approved.
Step 2
You will be routed to account creation page to fill the form and set your username and password.
Step 3
Admin will review your application and payment then will reach out to you regarding your application status.
Step 4
Once approved, you can now login to your account and add your inspector profile.
