What it takes to become an inspector?
The QUALITIES all our Experts MUST have is Honesty, Courtesy, Independence, Attention to Detail, and Timeliness. If you can’t do an inspection in the timeframe the Client wants, be Honest and tell them you can’t. Let them find another Expert before they risk losing their deal with a delay.
You are not an employee. You control the amount of work you want and you get paid directly from the Client looking for an Expert Opinion on the item they are looking to purchase.
As an Expert, you would go look at the item (vehicle, horse, house, etc.), check it out, take a lot of photos, fill out the report form, and email it back to the Client.
Some Pre Purchase Inspection requests are a FULL Inspection to look at the entire item head to toe, bumper to bumper, stem to stern (you get it), and some Clients may just want a SPECIALIZED Inspection.
